What we collect, and what we do not.
Still Fox, a Seattle practice, collects only what its forms ask for, and this site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts.
The site
This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, so there is no cookie banner. A hosting provider serves the site. It processes connection logs, which can include your IP address, to deliver and protect it.
The snapshot form
The form asks for the website address to check, the business name, your name, your email and which kind of reader you are (a business owner or manager, someone at an agency, or something else). An optional checkbox adds you to the monthly research email, which is a separate choice. We use the rest to prepare and send your snapshot and to reply to you. We use it for nothing else. A hosting provider receives the form for us.
Research emails
The form has an optional checkbox for research emails, and the research page has its own signup. That is a separate consent. Leave the box unchecked and you get the snapshot and nothing more. Every research email carries an unsubscribe link, which US law on commercial email requires, and one click ends it.
How long we keep it
We keep snapshot requests for twelve months, then delete them. A snapshot describes a business's public website. It is our work product, and we keep it.
Who handles it
We do not sell your information and we do not share it. Service providers that host the site, receive the form and send our email handle it for us: a hosting provider and an email provider.
Ask for deletion
Write to hello@stillfox.ai from the address you used and ask. We delete your request and any research subscription, and we reply to confirm within one business day.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
