A flat fee for each job. A flat monthly fee for the care plan.

Still Fox, a Seattle practice, rebuilds, hardens and runs websites for AI assistants at flat fees, with a flat monthly fee for the care plan.

What each line covers

Every line below is a flat fee, one amount per site for a rebuild or a hardening and one amount per month for the care plan, with no per-lead fee and no percentage of a client's revenue. The amounts cover the work listed under each line, measurement is included, and agencies buy wholesale on a separate sheet that comes with the partner call.

  • Rebuild

    Fee: Flat fee per site.

Inside: a site of five to fifteen pages generated from one record of the business's facts, copy drafted from the business's material, two revision rounds, lawyer sign-off for law firms, a launch checklist, a before-and-after reading and a hand-off package.

Time: five to ten business days from complete content (see below).

Every rebuild meets the whole specification.

  • Hardening

    Fee: Flat fee per site.

Inside: the fix list for the site the business already has: crawler access at robots.txt and the CDN or firewall, text in the HTML, the same name, address and phone on every page, the missing service and location pages, and a WCAG 2.1 AA pass on the pages it changes. Each fix ends done or blocked, with the reason. A before-and-after reading closes the work.

    Time: five business days.

The business keeps its site and its platform. Every hardening meets the items tagged Hardening or Both in the specification.

  • Care plan

Fee: Flat monthly fee per site.

Inside: hosting on Cloudflare Pages in the client's own account; two edit requests a month, each up to 30 minutes and shipped within two business days (a changed bio, new hours, a new FAQ, a photo swap); a weekly check that the crawlers get in and the assistants describe the business correctly; a monthly note; and a re-check page every third month. Unused requests do not carry over, and more requests are a flat fee per request.

Term: month to month, 30 days' notice. The client already holds the owner logins, so the site keeps running if the plan ends.

  • Snapshot

    Fee: free.

Inside: one page, by email in two business days, on whether AI assistants can read the site and what they say about the business, ending in a ranked list of what to fix first. Agencies get up to ten a month.

Terms on every line

  • Ownership. The client owns the domain, the content and the repository from day one.
  • No per-lead or percent fees. Fees are flat per site and flat per month. The practice takes no fee per lead and no percentage of a client's revenue.
  • Measurement is included. It is never billed alone.
  • No guarantees. The practice guarantees no rankings, mentions or leads. It reports the share of answers that name the business, with an interval and the run count.
  • Payment. A rebuild or a hardening is 50% at order and 50% at launch. The care plan is paid monthly in advance. Prices exclude sales tax where it applies, and Washington agencies supply a reseller permit.

What complete content means

The rebuild clock starts when the content is complete: the validated record of the business's facts, its source material, the logo and photos, and the answers to the intake form. The clock pauses while a revision round is with the client or the agency.
